CONQUERESS looks a big price given how far she has come down the weights. It’s a leap of faith to hope she can reproduce what she’s capable of but her best form would be good enough. She’s run just a couple of times in the past two years so shouldn’t be written off just yet.
Silvestre De Sousa is an interesting booking for handicap debutant Take It Down Under who has shown some promise at maiden level. He’s had a couple of runs this season so won’t lack for fitness.
Sussex Girl should be happier back on turf where she was knocking on the door late last term.
QUIET PLACE was a relatively expensive buy and trainer Saeed Bin Suroor does well here. She should know her job and any market support would be telling.

Companion will want a good deal further than this in time but should be fit enough to do herself justice.
HYPNOS battled on well to get the better of Agent Basterfield at Chelmsford last time and they could fight it out again. The tip has cheekpieces on for the first time but there was no lack of battling power to prevail latest. The handicapper has been fair with a 3lb rise and this trip suits well.
Kingdom Of Dubai looks open to plenty of improvement after three solid efforts on the all-weather. He should appreciate this step up in distance from what looks a fair opening mark.
Despite being seven now, NONIOS seems to have improved on the all-weather and landed his latest win at Chelmsford earlier this month. He can translate that form to turf from his much lower handicap mark.
Mainsail Atlantic is just 1lb higher than when finishing second over this trip at Lingfield before winning a novice contest there last time. He looks capable of better.
Hamlul and Stealth Fighter both come from top connections and should improve as four-year-olds.
COOL EXHIBIT won on debut at Nottingham last May but wasn’t seen until his comeback at Doncaster last month when he finished a good third. He should come on for that experience and improve enough to take this.
King Of Comedy looks the main rival after a win at Sandown before a close second at Redcar in November.
Frankie Dettori takes over in the saddle today and he’ll be winning before too long. Saeed bin Suroor has three making their debut and Land Of Legends looks the pick, although the market could be a better guide.
KLASS ACTION has been in good form on the all-weather and comes here after a solid second at Lingfield last time out. She likes this distance and could be ahead of the handicapper returning to turf.
Solar Park missed the kick when down the field at Kempton latest after winning well at Newcastle and Wolverhampton. He’s a fair 2lb higher than his most recent success and there should be more to come.
Camachess and Airwaves have both been winning well on the AW and like this trip. The latter maybe has the more scope of improvement on her turf debut.
MOTHER OF DRAGONS has Silvestre De Sousa taking over in the saddle and he is right down the weights returning to turf. He’s back to a similar rating that saw here win here over 6f and she should go well.
Sir Hector has been a model of consistency over this distance and has had a little help from the handicapper even before his rider’s 3lb claim.
