Mel B was praised for her honesty on Piers’ Morgan’s Life Stories (Picture: Rex Features, PA)Scary Spice Mel B has already lined up her next job for the when the Spice Girls reunion tour comes to an end – host of her very own TV chat show.

TV bosses are reportedly keen to get Mel in front of a camera after her eventful stint on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories earlier this year.

A source told The Mirror: ‘Telly bosses feel her open and approachable nature would put guests at ease and Mel’s larger-than-life personality would be entertaining viewing.’

We can’t argue with that.

‘A few channels are interested at the moment. She has a good relationship with ITV after she appeared on Piers Morgan, and they feel she would be a good fit for the channel,’ added the insider.

Mel made an emotional appearance on Piers’ ITV show and was praised by viewers for her raw honesty as the Good Morning Britain presenter quizzed her on everything from divorce to suicide attempts.

During the interview, the Spice Girl also revealed she once slept with fellow bandmate Geri Horner.

‘She’s going to hate me for this because she’s all posh in her country house and her husband,’ joked Mel after coyly confirming the long standing rumour, before explaining: ‘But it’s a fact. It just happened and we just giggled at it and that was it.

‘We were best friends. It just happened. Have you ever done that? Yeah and I’ve said it now. All done.’

With that sort of frankness, no wonder TV bosses are desperate to get her in at the helm of her own chat show.

Geri has denied she had ever had a night of passion with Mel and the pair reportedly fell out as a result of the very public revelation, putting the imminent Spice Girls tour in jeopardy.

Mel apologised to her pal and they were seemingly friends again in time to open the first Spice Girls tour in 11 years in Dublin.

Unfortunately the first show didn’t go quite as planned, with many audience members reporting sound issues.

Mel jumped on Instagram after the show to apologise for the bad sound quality, telling her followers she hoped the sound and vocals would ‘be better’ for the remainder of the tour.
