James recently welcomed a baby girl with his Strictly star wife Ola Jordan.

She replied to the post with several love heart emojis to show her support.

His followers also showed their support in the comments.

"So sorry to hear that. Hope he’ll be ok" wrote one.

"Prayers for your precious Dad, hoping he pulls through" added another.

A third penned: "James sending you all the love and strength".

James' heartache comes just weeks after he welcomed his baby with Ola after years of fertility problems and an IVF battle.

The overwhelmed new parents announced the happy news in a social media post with their adoring fans.

Their sweet message was accompanied with a picture of their newborn's little feet.

James wrote: "I'm the happiest man in the world."

Ola also took to social media to share an image of her baby's small hands holding hers.

She wrote: "She’s here and she is perfect."

The good news comes after Ola spoke out about her heartbreak after desperately trying to fall pregnant for more than two years.

"I would love to be a mum with all my heart and I just thought it would happen naturally," she told Hello! magazine in January 2019.

"James is also desperate to have babies and I just wish it could have happened by now. That’s the one gift I would love to give him.

"I guess I just thought, like most women, that I could choose when the time was right for me; that I could have my career and then have a baby when it felt right. But for us it just hasn’t happened like that."

The couple, who have been married for over 15 years, then turned to IVF to help them realise their dream of parenthood.
