Strictly Come Dancing star Janette Manrara told fans she was still “buzzing” following last night’s win at the National Television Awards. The professional dancer, who will present the spin-off show It Takes Two this year after quitting the main programme, collected the Best Talent Show gong on behalf of the whole cast and crew.
The 37-year-old took to social media this morning as the sun rose across the capital city.
Janette, who is staying at London hotel Shangri-La at The Shard, informed her 444,000 followers that she had woken up in her outfit from the night before.
“Woke up in the gorgeous @shrangrilalondon… in my dress, still buzzing from last night!” She wrote online.
An accompanying video showed her lying in bed before sitting up and kissing her award.
Janette looked incredible when she walked the red carpet at the star-studded O2 Arena last night.
She wowed in a stunning backless gown by fashion designer Zeynep Kartal.
The tired pink frock featured a plunging neckline as well as a dramatic train
The beautiful brunette wore her hair in a chic updo for the occasion and sported glam make-up to enhance her natural good looks.
As well as accepting the award on behalf of Strictly, Jannette also took to the stage to open the award show with Hrvy, her former dance partner.
“Opening the @officialntas w/ @hrvy, and then @bbcstrictly winning #BestTalentShow…What more can a girl ask for?” she said in an update this morning.
“THANK YOU to everyone that voted!
“This award represents so much… determination, dreams, hopes, time away from loved ones, sweat, tears, laughter, and a whole lot of passion and love,” the dancer added.

“We brought joy and escapism in a time of despair, and it proves that no matter what the world throws our way, we shall always… ‘Keeeeeeeeeep Dancing!'” she signed off.
The post featured a stunning set of snaps of Jannette in her dress with her award at sunrise.
The fresh-faced star posed for pictures in an empty roll top bath by a floor to ceiling window, which looked out over the city.
“You looked gorgeous,” wrote fellow Strictly star Johannes Radebe in the comment section of her post.
Meanwhile co-stars Oti Mabuse, Amy Dowden and her former partner Dr Ranj added heart emojis.
“You are absolute GOALS!!” said Dancing On Ice star Alex Murphy.
“So well deserved! Strictly was so needed last year!” another user added.
