The Rolling Stones’ tour manager has died following a tragic accident at home. Mick Brigden is said to have died while digging a grave for his family’s pet dog.

The Stones’ former tour manager was digging the grave at his Santa Rosa home five days ago.

His wife of 34 years Julia Dreyer Brigden confirmed the devastating news to The Press Democrat.

As well as managing the iconic English rock band, Mick also worked with the likes of Van Morrison, Carlos Santana, and Bob Dylan.

He was also the longtime manager of Joe Satriani, who shared a statement following the news of Mick’s death.
