Patrick Schwarzenegger shared that he would like to gain 27 pounds for his 27th birthday. Of course, all in the name of bulking up. 

His diet consists of lots of smoothies for snacks while he keeps his breakfast, lunch, and dinner pretty clean. However, Patrick Schwarzenegger explained that the weekends are for cheat meals. When it comes to Patrick Schwarzenegger’s fitness goals, his recent shoulder injury and surgery may seem like a setback, but, ultimately, it seems to be in his DNA. As Patrick Schwarzenegger explained to GQ, “He’s 73 and he can still lift more than I can.” Plus, he can always count on some father-son-lifting when in doubt.
