Peter Andre is said to have been left "furious" after he was dragged into Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy's Wagatha Christie court case last week.
Pete’s name took centre stage in the trial after Rebekah’s historic interview about their alleged night together was brought up in the courtroom, in which she talked about “having had sex” with the star and that he was “hung like a miniature chipolata”.
And now a source close to Pete, 49, has told us he’s been left furious – and that it’s taken a huge toll on his personal life.
“Pete is livid,” our source said. “This whole thing has been really hard on him and the family, but it’s made him think about the wider story and that is that other people shouldn’t be allowed to talk about others in this way."
They added: “It’s so discriminating to say this about a man, this would not be said about a woman.
"His children have been asking what the story is about, which is really difficult. He has no recollection of meeting this person, never mind anything else.”
Pete – who is dad to children Amelia, eight, and Theo, five, with wife Emily, 32, as well as his teenage kids Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price – took to Instagram to address the situation, saying he has had to endure years of jokes.
“Fifteen years this has been going on, and I kept quiet and didn’t say anything, and I let everyone have their laugh and say what they wanted to say,” he said.
“Now, she [Rebekah] has gone to court and admitted that the story was made up and she did that because her ex-husband forced her to – fair enough – but put that all aside, and just think how it feels.”
He continued: “The only one that sits there and takes hit after hit about it, is me. I’ve been laughing about it for a while, but think about how it would feel if it was the other way around.

"That’s all I’m saying. I think we all know now it was just a made-up story, but it’s a little more serious than that. And I think it’s not fair that something like this can happen again and again and again.”
The dad of four captioned his video on social media, apologising to his wife Emily and their family.
He said: “Just a couple of things first. Sorry to Emily and the children that have had to see and hear some not very nice things. You all know I like to take the p*** out of myself but maybe I felt a bit vulnerable this morning.”
Many waded in with support for Pete, with Shaughna Phillips writing: "You are, and have always been the epitome of class."
Olympic medalist Iwan Thomas added: "Stay strong mate – you’re a decent man so remember that."
James Jordan went on to say: "Well said mate," with a love heart emoiji.
