Richard Hammond has sparked concern after he spotted using a walking cane following a series of horrifying accidents.
The former Top Gear presenter was Christmas shopping with his wife Mindy, 53, as he used the aid to help him along London’s rain-soaked pavements.
48-year-old Richard had to steady himself as he carried his stick in one hand and shopping bags in another.
The unlucky TV star has been known for being involved in a series of terrifying car accidents over the years.
In 2006 Richard was left fighting for his life after crashing at 280mph in a jet car.
The TV star was driving the powerful dragstar Vampire for Top Gear when it somersaulted over an airfield.
An onlooker said: "The car turned over and over again. It was a mess."
He suffered life-threatening head injuries and brain damage in the horror smash and was in a coma for a fortnight.
Then while filming for The Grand Tour last year, Richard lost control of a supercar in Switzerland that flipped over and burst into flames.
The dad-of-two was airlifted to hospital and suffered a fractured knee.
Despite his horror injuries, Richard has said he’s not giving up on daring stunts.
He was also knocked out after falling off a motorbike filming the Mozambique special last year.
"Basically, what’s gone wrong is I keep getting injured," said Richard.
