ROYAL fans claimed Meghan Markle had been deliberately left out of Kate Middleton and Prince William's birthday tribute to the Queen.
Eagle-eyed followers of Kensington Royal's Instagram account – run by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – noticed that the Duchess of Sussex wasn't included in a picture to celebrate the monarch turning 93.
The post – which featured an image taken at Trooping of the Colour on the Queen's official birthday in June 2016 – was captioned: "Wishing a very happy 93rd birthday to Her Majesty The Queen!"
In the photo, the Queen can be seen waving beside her husband the Duke of Edinburgh and son Prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex.
Also included in shot are her grandsons Princes William and Harry, as well as Kate Middleton and great-grandchildren Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
While the image was taken just under two years before Meghan joined the royal family, the former actress did attend last year's event and memorably caused controversy by wearing an off-shoulder dress.

Her absence in the post – shared shortly before the royal family minus expectant Meghan were seen attending a church service in Windsor earlier today – was spotted by followers of the account.
One wrote: "WHERE IS MEGHAN???!!!!"
Another commented: "Where is Meghan?"
A third shared: "Not cool. Where’s Meghan?"
Meanwhile, another asked: "Why deliberately leave Meghan out????"
A fifth person commented: "Odd to leave out Megan."
And a sixth shared: "I just noticed that Meghan isn't here?"
However, other pointed out that the photo was taken long before both Meghan and Prince Louis joined the family last year.
One wrote: "This is an old photo. Prince Louis isn’t even born yet. Hope to see a new picture soon."
Another commented: "She was not part of the family at this time. Notice Charlotte. She is 1?"
A third shared: "Look closely, Charlotte was little, no Louis, they were not married yet. Old pic."
Earlier today, it was revealed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could "move to Africa after birth of baby".
Yesterday, we told you how Baby Sussex could have been "induced" by Good Friday's Pink Moon.
And the Duke and Duchess have already "hired a maternity nurse" to look after newborn who will then "hand over to a manny".
