Aldi has delighted shoppers by bringing back its sell out hanging egg seat in an updated design.

Back in April, thousands of customers queued virtually to get their hands on the must-have item that went on sale at 8am, but by 8.15am the chair had completely sold out.

According to Birmingham Live, more than 200,000 people joined the impressive queue in a bid to get their hands on this season's hottest furniture trend.

And after many customers were left disappointed, the supermarket chain listened to their buyers and launched a new version of the chair just in time for the summer.

The bargain boasting supermarket is inviting customers to "rock their worries away" with their brand new rope swing chair.

Just in time for summer, the outdoor seat is the perfect addition to any garden seat up and costs just £39.99.

But be quick, because as with any Aldi SpecialBuy these are only available as long as stocks last and won't be restocked.

"Rock away your worries on the Gardenline Hanging Rope Seat. This rope hammock chair will bring style and a unique touch to any space.

Ease the day away while reading a new book, or enjoy a much-needed snooze underneath the summer sun," the product description reads.

The product won’t be available to buy in-store, so customers will need to head to Aldi’s website to get their hands on it once more.

Aldi is currently selling everything you could need this summer from garden furniture to a soft-serve ice cream maker.

The machine allows you to make your own Mr Whippys at home and rings in at just £29.99.

Each use makes one litre of soft-serve ice cream so definitely enough for all the family.

It works by simultaneously freezing the mixture while churning, leaving you with a batch of soft-serve ice cream in just under 30 minutes.

With a heatwave forecast to be just around the corner, the news couldn’t have come at a better time.
