Due to the pandemic, Euros 2020 had to be postponed to this year, with the competition taking place from June 11 to July 11. Both England and Wales have qualified to the first groups of the tournament.

England and Wales will kick off the Euros’ group stages next week, with Wales playing against Switzerland on Saturday, June 12, and England playing against Croatia the following day.

With two of the UK’s four nations in the tournament this year, Aldi has launched its own football shirts for fans to get behind their favourite team.

The shirts will go on sale from next Monday, June 7, and come in two different variations.

The Wales shirt is red with two white stripes at the top, while the England shirt is white with two red stripes at the top.

Both shirts have the UEFA Euros 2020 logo on them, but the logo on the Wales shirt is green while the logo on the England version is red.

The Wales shirt also features the word ‘Cymru’ in green along the bottom, while the England shirt has ‘England’ printed on it in red.

Costing only £6.99, the men’s shirts range from medium to extra large in size and are designed in a looser cut than the women’s.

The women’s shirts are slightly more fitted and also cost £6.99.

There is a children’s version of the shirt too, costing £4.99.

Although the shirts are not official England and Wales merchandise, customers were able to pre-order them days in advance and they have now been sold out online.

For customers wanting to get their hands on a shirt, they must head to an Aldi store on Monday.

Also available in Aldi’s Euros 2020 range are a water bottle for £2.99 and a matching football for £4.99.

The water bottles and footballs are available to pre-order online, with a £2.95 delivery charge.

Aldi’s football shirts are much cheaper than official Euros 2020 merchandise.

An official 2020 Euro’s England jersey costs more than £70, while Wales’ new football shirt costs £65.

For fans wanting to get their hands on other cheaper versions of the shirts, there are many options to choose from on eBay.

Aldi also sold England and Wales football shirts in 2016, with a slightly different design.

In other Aldi news, the discount retailer is selling various new items in its latest Specialbuys range.

One of these products is a bedding set that features cooling technology.

Another handy item is a new grill with rotating kebab skewers, perfect for hosting barbecue dinners for guests.

The grill will be introduced to Aldi’s range on Monday.
