EASTER brings a four-day weekend thanks to two bank holidays – but shoppers might be confused whether branches will be open.
Here's our guide to Post Office opening times and Royal Mail deliveries over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
When are the Post Office's Easter opening time?
Main Post Office branches are expected to be closed on Easter Monday, April 22.
Some local Post Office branches are inside other shops like WH Smith and convenience stores.
These shops may be open on the bank holidays, but Post Office counter services might be unavailable.
It is best to check with your local branch, which can be found on the Post Office branch finder website.
Will the Royal Mail deliver to my home over the Easter Bank Holiday?
Royal Mail posties deliver letters and parcels six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
They also collect from post boxes every day except Sunday.
But there are no deliveries or collections on bank holidays.
This means no deliveries or collections on Easter Monday, April 22.
Delivery depots will also be closed in case you need to pick up an undelivered parcel.
Deliveries and collections will return to normal from Tuesday, April 23.
