You can now buy Christmas baubles that look like your favourite condiments

Christmas tree baubles

December is just days away, so it’s time to start planning our festive decorations.

Every year we dig out our baubles and lights to give our houses and trees a sparkling yuletide makeover.

But perhaps you want to inject a new lease of life into your Christmas tree this year?

And what better way to do that than with some slightly bizarre baubles that resemble some of the UK’s favourite table sauces.

A selection of condiment-themed baubles will soon be available to buy – with miniature versions of Colman’s mustard and Hellmann’s mayonnaise jars.

Whether you love it or hate it, there’s also a teeny tiny Marmite bauble that will look incredibly cute dangled from a Christmas tree branch.

Tea lovers can also get involved as there’s even a bauble-sized version of a PG tips tea box.

The limited edition set of four will be available to buy for £25 on Marmite’s website, from December 1.

But perhaps the best part is that 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to the Trussell Trust – a UK charity working to stop UK hunger and poverty.

So not only will your new baubles provide plenty of talking points for Christmas guests, but you can enjoy the festive season in the knowledge that your money is helping others.

Ketchup lovers need not fret either, as plenty of other retailers are selling bottle-shaped baubles as a nod to the beloved tomato sauce. These decorations can be found at Amazon and Sass and Belle.

And if you want your entire tree to be food and drink-themed, Paperchase has a plethora of other goodies to check out, including baubles shaped to resemble a hanging six pack of beer, a margarita cocktail, a peanut butter jar, a croissant, a bucket of fried chicken and more.
