CHELSEA are set for another busy summer in the transfer market, which opened its doors on Wednesday.
Clubs have been struggling with finances off the back of the pandemic, but as things slowly start to look up again, Chelsea are one of the teams who have remained in a strong financial position.
Last week I bought you my predictions for who Chelsea could sign this summer, and now it is the turn of potential outgoings.
Despite Chelsea's healthy bank balance, they will still need to offload some players to fund targets such as £150million-rated Erling Haaland and Achraf Hakimi.
Reports claim that the Blues have seen a £56m bid turned down for the Inter Milan full-back with the Italian side holding out for £69m.

I have also put the fee that I believe could be near what Chelsea could get for each player…
Davide Zappacosta (£10m)
I believe he will end up on a permanent deal to an Italian club this summer.
Emerson Palmieri (£12m)
Every window he is rumoured to be very close to leaving, and it is the same this window. Chelsea need to lower their asking price though, otherwise he stays again.
Marcos Alonso (£15m)
I'm not sure whether he stays as a backup or not, but I think that all depends on whether we plan to stick with playing wing backs or not. But he could push for a move regardless.
Kurt Zouma (£30m)
I think Zouma is happy enough at Chelsea, but at the same time I think he wants to be more of a regular. So if he cannot get those assurances, I think he could ask to leave this summer.
Ethan Ampadu (£12m)
I believe we might see him sold, but Chelsea may seek to put a buy-back option in any sale here, just as they did with Nathan Ake.
Fikayo Tomori (£25m)
AC Milan look set to trigger their option to sign him this summer, and what a player they will be getting.
Baba Rahman (£7m)
Another serial loanee, surely he leaves the club permanently this summer?
Tiemoue Bakayoko (£16m)
Despite all the rumours, I do believe we can push for a fee for him this summer on a permanent deal, but like Emerson, Chelsea will need to lower their demands here.
Danny Drinkwater – (£5m)
What a disaster this is, just cash in now and get £5 million or something, please!
Jorginho – (£50m)
This only happens if Chelsea sign Declan Rice by the way, otherwise he stays for another season as a key first-team player.
But we know he eventually wants to return to Italy one day. I think he has a lot to offer and has had a very good season for Chelsea for what it is worth.
Ross Barkley – (£20m)
One of the only few players on this list that Chelsea may be able to make a small amount of cash on, and I think there will be a club that pays it, he is a player still with a lot of potential.
Michy Batshuayi – (£12m)
Despite his nightmare couple of seasons, there are still clubs out there that suit his style of play and I think he has a lot to offer them. I think we can get a fee for him this summer.
Tammy Abraham – (£40m)
Perhaps the most high profile of the bunch, but with the talk of a big-name new striker coming in, that surely spells the end for Abraham at Chelsea. He will demand and make the biggest fee, especially when Chelsea didn't pay a penny for him.
Olivier Giroud – (£6m)
Chelsea wisely triggered his contract extension, and now they can ask for a small fee, but I doubt it will be any more than around £6 million. It all adds up.
TOTAL – £260m
It could be a big clear out for Chelsea this summer but to sum it up, they will need to lower their demands in the face of the a pandemic if they are to get fees in for these players, otherwise they will face losing many on free transfers over the coming years.
