CONOR MCGREGOR has been working on his explosiveness ahead of his blockbuster trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier.
The Notorious is set to have a rubber match with his old featherweight rival on July 10 in the main event of UFC 264 in Las Vegas.
McGregor, 32, has been hard at work in the gym ever since losing his January rematch to the former interim lightweight champion.
And the Irishman recently gave fans a glimpse of his HIIT training on social media.
Last Sunday, the UFC's poster boy shared a clip of him sprinting on a self-propelling curve treadmill to Twitter.
After starting off at a slow pace, the former two-division champion worked his way up to a speed that left many of his followers impressed.
One tweeted: "Best sprinter in the game, hands down.
"Peep his strides and how he doesn’t land on the back foot. Hips are working. Dustin is f****d."

Another said: "Conor is killing it."
And another said: "Lead by EXAMPLE. Let's GOOOOO."
McGregor's sharing of his sprint training came after he promised to produce a KO of the year contender in his series decider with Poirier.
In response to UFC commentator Jon Anik's tweet about compiling a poll for the best stoppages of the year, he wrote: "Hang tight, horse.
"You’ll see the winner July 10th."
McGregor, Ireland's first UFC champion, was viciously knocked out by Poirier in the second round of his Abu Dhabi dust-up.
The pair's eagerly-anticipated third meeting will take place in front of a sold-out crowd at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena.
McGregor is relishing the opportunity to settle the score with Poirier in front of 20,000 fans, telling ESPN after the fight was announced: "I signed my bout agreement this morning.
"I'm going to rip the game a new a**hole July 10. The Mac is back in Sin City! Full house!"
Poirier, however, is planning a repeat performance of his demolition of Mystic Mac.
The Diamond told ESPN: "I'm gonna stop Conor again.
"July 10, I'm gonna get my hand raised and I'm gonna finish Conor McGregor again."
