The O'Brien team have six of the 16 runners – with Mogul and Russian Emperor shortest in the betting of the Irish team.
At the top of the market remained Ed Walker's English King with Andrew Balding's 2000 Guineas winner Kameko next in.
William Muir's Pyledriver will be looking to cause another upset, and Paul and Oliver Cole's Highland Chief is another Ascot winner now a Derby hopeful.
Balding also runs Khalifa Sat, with Hugo Palmer's Emissary giving the trainer his first runner in the Derby.
