Man City want Cengiz Under from Roma and are ready to splash £50million on winger

The Express claims Pep Guardiola is ready to spend £50million on the Turkish winger, despite already boasting Leroy Sane, Riyad Mahrez, Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva in that position.

Under has been in terrific form for Roma this season and has four years remaining on his contract.

But the youngster is one of the lowest-paid players at the club and is keen on landing a pay rise.

However, Roma are not looking to give Under more money right now.

And their reluctance to hand him a new deal could see City pounce in January.

Guardiola is believed to be a huge fan and reckons Under could provide something different in the final third.

However, he faces stiff competition from German giants Bayern Munich, who will lose Arjen Robben at the end of the season.

While a number of England clubs are also interested, including Chelsea and Arsenal.

Spurs are said to been keen too, and Under is sure to have a number of options to choose from if he decides to quit the Italian capital.
