Billie Faiers has proved that Dancing On Ice certainly isn't for the faint hearted as she opened up about a terrifying fall on the ice, that left her 'crying for half an hour'.
The 30-year-old was left weeping in absolute agony as her body went into shock after she'd had a close call on the ice.
Unable to fight back the tears, she sobbed in pain until her husband and children came to the rescue, cheering her up and restoring her smile.
With her biggest supporters at her side, she was able to pick herself up, dust of the shards of crushed ice and continue with her training alongside her partner Mark Hanretty.
Taking to Instagram to update her social media fans who are tuning in to witness her regime on the ice, she penned: "Look who come to visit me today.
"Before they all got to the ice rink I had my first bad fall on the ice … I can't believe I actually cried for over half an hour.
"I think my body went into shock, I couldn’t stop crying and then I was laughing and then crying."
Reassuring everyone that she was doing ok now after the terrifying ordeal, Billie continued: "Anyway I'm totally fine … thank you @markhanretty for getting me through that one … I'm sure there will be many more.
"Seeing Nelly and Arthur's little faces definitely cheered me up and @gregory_shep of course."
Professional skate partner Mark Hanretty was quick to gush praise, referencing her bravery and dedication, he said: "Really impressed by how you got back on the ice after the nasty fall #excellentattitude #tough."

The GC exclaimed: "Aww lovely. you will love this experience my money is on you to win !!! X."
Although Billie was left shaken after taking a scary plunge, it wasn't the first injury that she had sustained since starting her training.
Speaking to Ok! magazine about her war wounds, the Mummy Diaries star said: "Yeah, I've had a few!
"The first part of my training I was being overly careful but I've pushed myself a bit more now.
"I fell over the other day – I've hurt my back and I've got a huge bruise on my leg, but it's going to happen."
