THE Night King and his army of White Walkers are finally about to attack the living as the final season of Game of Thrones grips fans.
But did Bran Stark just reveal the Night King's game plan and how the show will end? We take a look…
Did Bran Stark reveal how Game of Thrones season 8 ends?
During a scene in Season eight, episode two, Jon Snow and his allies were planning how to defeat the army of the dead during the Battle of Winterfell when Bran finally revealed how the Night King wants things to end.
The terrifying leader has one simple goal and that is to "erase this world".
He wants to erase every single kingdom in the Game of Thrones world and bring the "Endless Night".
And he also wants Bran dead as soon as possible because as the Three-Eyed Raven, Bran is the world's "memory".
Why does the Night King want to kill Bran Stark?
The Three-Eyed Raven explained that he should be used as bait to draw out the king of the dead, because "he'll come for me".
Due to the mark the Night King left on Bran when he touched him in the season six, he is able to know where Bran is at all times.
Sam Tarly confirmed why the plan makes complete sense as he stated: :"Your memories don't come from books, your stories aren't just stories don’t come from books.
"And your stories aren’t just stories. If I wanted to erase the world, I’d start with you.”
So if the Night King has his way, the show is going to end with the complete wipeout of mankind, and its entire history.
