BRITNEY Spears said she had her "champagne for the first time" after such a "long wait" as the conservatorship had previously banned her from drinking alcohol.
Britney, 39, basked in feeling like she was "on cloud 9" after such an "amazing weekend."
She posted an Instagram photo of a piece of red lipstick – soaked in sweat – being picked up by a fork.
The pop star gushed over having her "first glass of champagne" at the "most beautiful restaurant."
The Toxic singer planned on "celebrating my freedom" and her 40th birthday for "the next two months."
The music star wrote: "I think I’ve waited long ENOUGH!"
She was thankful to her lawyer Mathew Rosengart, who "truly turned my life around."
While mentioning her fans, the singer confessed it was such a "sight seeing so many people celebrating my victory."
She also asked her followers not to laugh at her "lime green shoulder-padded shirt."
Britney added: "I liked the way it made me feel and I never knew shoulder pads were extremely flattering."
THE CONSERVATORSHIP ENDS
Recently, Britney and her fiance, Sam Asghari, were able to celebrate the end of her conservatorship, which had lasted up to 13 years.
Britney's conservatorship officially ended without requiring any further mental evaluation as Judge Brenda Penny ruled in favor of the Crossroads actress.
Judge Penny decided that the music star's conservatorship should be terminated, which gave Britney back control of her life for the first time since 2008.
The singer's life and mass fortune had been under the supervision of her father, Jamie Spears.
Back in September, Jamie was removed as her conservator after he had filed to step down from the position.
After the conservatorship was terminated, Sam went on Instagram and confessed how happy he was over the court's decision.
He shared a picture with the word "freedom" in big white bold letters on his post.
Sam captioned the post: "History was made today. Britney is Free!"
Also celebrating the court's decision, Britney went on social media as well and shared a video of her fans celebrating while they were outside the courthouse.
She told her followers: "Good God I love my fans so much it’s crazy.
"I think I’m gonna cry the rest of the day !!!! Best day ever… praise the Lord… an I get an Amen?"
Recently, the Irish duo known as Jedward had joined supporters outside the Los Angeles courthouse and sang "Free Britney" songs.
When the conservatorship was terminated, Jedward celebrated by firing a confetti cannon into the air.
