Coronation Street’s Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) lashes out at Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) in upcoming scenes, as grief consumes her in the wake of Seb Franklin’s (Harry Visinoni) death.

The young woman has been struggling to cope with the loss of her boyfriend – something which has been made all the worse by the fact that killer Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) has yet to be punished for what he did.

Next week, however, her attention is elsewhere, as Summer pays her a visit.

It becomes apparent that Summer isn’t coping too well, and Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) and Roy Cropper (David Neilson) suggests that she could perhaps talk to Nina.

Summer apologises to Nina for what transpired on the day of the attack, evidently feeling some responsibility for what happened.

Nina, however, is not in a very talkative mood, and – as seen in the clip above – she lashes out at Summer.

‘I know that my boyfriend died and there’s nothing I can do about it except grieve,’ she says in the scene from Friday’s (June 11) episode.

‘I lost everything that night. You lost nothing.

‘And you sit there expecting me to make you feel better? Well, that’s not my job!

Nina storms out, leaving Summer feeling awful.

Coronation Street airs these scenes Friday June 11 at 7:30pm on ITV.
