Inside Bake Off star Ruby Bhogal’s glam secret life – from posh nights out to flashy holidays to beers on the beach

GREAT British Bake Off 2018 finalist Ruby Bhogal leads an incredibly glam life.

The 31-year-old – who shot to fame on the ninth series of the Channel 4 show – loves to share what she gets up to on her Instagram.

The project manager from London, who boasts 221k followers on the platform, loves a posh holiday – and has been all over the world.

Most recently she went island hopping around Greece and stayed in Mykonos and Santorini.

The star made sure to document her trip by capturing stunning snaps of her sipping boozy beverages.

She’s also posted pics of her other incredible trips on social media and the snaps are sure to turn fans green with envy.

Over the last few years, she’s visited Vis in Croatia, Miami, Amsterdam, Paris and Thailand.

She’s drank beers in Koh Tao and visited temples in Bangkok.

Ruby has also been to Bali and Dubai.

When she's not travelling the world she's busy appearing on Channel 4's Steph's Packed Lunch, taking her adorable pooch Milo for a walk and living her best life visiting some of the most impressive restaurants in the capital.

She’s also got a fondness for Vegas, where she’s been to superclub Hakkasan to watch Calvin Harris play and posed on a balcony at a flash hotel.

Ruby’s admitted that she loves a night out – and confessed that her mates would have definitely been confused to see her taking part in the show three years ago.

“Baking and music go hand in hand at home; I will always have music blaring, so it’s a pretty lively affair,” she said.

“[But] because I am so new to baking there are going to be so many people that will be shocked. I don’t really post about my baking on social media, so I am sure my friends are going to be surprised.

“I think it may blow their minds as they know me for going out and going to the gym as opposed to being in the kitchen. I am a bit of an undercover baker!”

But it’s not all nights out and cake baking – Ruby’s mum Kelly, has launched her own cooking channel where she makes traditional Indian food, called Cooking With Aunty.

Ruby became a huge hit on the show and managed to make it to the final alongside Rahul Mandal and Kim-Joy Hewlett, but scientist came out on top.
