Lucifer's Tom Ellis takes bike ride through Hollywood set
At the end of Lucifer season five, part one, viewers finally got to meet Lucifer’s father God (Dennis Haysbert). He made his debut in the very last second of the finale, where he asked his children to stop fighting. A clip from the new series reveals God has something to ask Lucifer but what could it be? What question will God ask Lucifer?
Thankfully, Lucifer season five part two is expected to arrive very soon on Netflix.
At the end of Lucifer season five, part one, Amenadiel (played by DB Woodside) froze time on Earth as he, Lucifer (Tom Ellis), Michael (also Ellis) and Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) battled it out in the offices of the LAPD.
To put an end to their fighting, God appeared on Earth.
His only words to his children were: “Children. You know I hate it when you fight.”
As fans eagerly await the next eight episodes, on New Year’s Eve (Thursday, December 31) fans were treated to a short teaser of what is to come.

The official Lucifer Twitter account posted a fan cam video, recapping what had happened in Lucifer season five so far.
Just as it looked like the 57-second montage was coming to an end, the final five seconds featured a scene from Lucifer season five, episode nine.
The episode ends with God standing behind Lucifer and touching his shoulder, where he says: “I’ve come to ask you something.”
With God’s hand on his shoulder, Lucifer is visibly shaking but whether it is out of rage, fear or sadness remains unknown.
Fans already know the episode is titled Save the Devil, Save the World and will see God reunited with his sons Ameandiel, Lucifer and Michael.
A tweet on the official Lucifer has also confirmed God will be sticking around on Earth for longer than anticipated.
Many hope God is on Earth to mend his relationship with his estranged son Lucifer.
Perhaps he will be asking for Lucifer’s forgiveness?

Lucifer led the revolt against Heaven with God banishing him to rule over Hell as punishment.
Ever since Lucifer has had serious abandonment issues with his father and fans have been awaiting the day the pair are reunited.
On the other hand, there is the possibility God could be asking his son to return to rule over Hell.
There is also the possibility God could be offering to strip Lucifer of his angelic identity, so he can live a normal life on Earth with Chloe Decker (Lauren German).
Others believe God is returning to Earth to stop Michael from wreaking chaos on Earth.
Fans have taken to Twitter to share their reactions to the New Year’s Eve clip.

A second fan said: “WHAT DOES HE WAAAAAANT???”
