The series ended earlier this year when work colleagues John Redmond [Peter Kay] and Kayleigh Kitson [Sian Gibson] finally became an official couple.
The BBC show followed John and Kayleigh after they had been thrown together in a company car share scheme.
The comedy was meant to end after two series but fans were delighted with a couple of special episodes.
But, slamming any hopes of more shows, Sian insisted: "No, there really isn’t this time… Oh… no, no there isn’t," as she chatted on yesterday's Sunday Brunch.
Continuing to convince viewers, she said: "No, it was the last one – but I just feel like I'm lying, because I was lying last time when I said it was the last one, so now I just look like a liar. But it was."
Car Share fans blew a gasket last when Kayleigh walked out on John in unhappy scenes earlier this year.
More than 100,000 signed a petition for another ending.
It resulted in two more episodes this year – including an unscripted one – resulting in them driving off together in a bus listening to music.
