Ruth Langsford was undated with requests for Loose Women panel member Coleen Nolan to shut the "annoying drawer" in the background.
The 60-year-old had to pause today's discussion to request for the former singer to shut her kitchen cupboards after floods of requests had landed.
In the process of trying to close the large sliding drawer, an object became jammed in it's forces as Coleen battled with it.
After quite a lengthy process the cupboard culprit lunged out of the draw and onto the floor with the entire panel erupting into fits of laughter at Coleen's on-air blunder.
Bringing the show to a stop, Ruth said: "Also can I just Coleen, we’re getting messages coming in, you know how everybody always comments about how lovely and neat your kitchen is, it always looks gorgeous, people are a little disturbed today because there's a draw behind you that’s not closed and it’s ruining the lining."
Wanting the constant flurry of requests to end she added: "Can you please close the draw because then people will stop messaging me complaining about it."
A furious Coleen reluctantly gets up from her perch as she fumes: "Oh my god, we have been in lockdown too long."
Todays pane which includes Ruth Langsford, 60, Brenda Edwards, 52, Coleen Nolan, 55, and Janet Street-Porter , 74, all began to giggle as Coleen zipped off to fix the problem.
Janet found it all very amusing and joked: "Ha ha shut that draw."
As Coleen try's to quickly resolve the issue something becomes wedged forcing her to battle with the object for some time, before the item popped out onto the floor, causing the panel to fall about laughing.
