Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway has been hit with Ofcom complaints after Cat Deeley joked she had been 'filled in' by Dec during a comedy sketch.

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly reunited with their former presenting partner Cat as they fuelled major nostalgia on our screens but the reunion wasn't to everyone's liking.

Viewers of the family-friendly ITV show weren't happy with the number of innuendoes in last Saturday's show and the fact they were unfunny along with digs at Dec's height.

An Ofcom spokesperson told Daily Star: "We received 96 complaints in total about the programme including about some of the jokes and innuendos."

The trio put on a 20th-anniversary reunion special of their spoof sitcom, Chums.

The episode saw Ant get re-ordained to 'remarry' Dec and Cat after failing to register the marriage back in 2001 on the very last episode of CHUMS two decades ago.

But as fans expected a PG rated episode, things got a little rowdy instead.

Ant chatted to "international film star" Simon Pegg asking him to be a witness for his friends' wedding.

As they geared up to say "I Do" during the episode, Ant and Cat were seen returning to their flat in their wedding outfit for ceremony.

"Guys, my friend international film star Simon Pegg was just on the call there but the line went dead," Ant was heard saying.

Pointing to his leg, Dec says: "Ant, why don’t you pull the other one because this one is still sore from tripping on the steps."

Viewers were left shocked after Ant complimented Cat in her wedding dress, to which she responded, "I’m very out of breath. Declan’s filled me in and…."

"Yeah, I bet he has," Ant said.

Cat was then forced to wind things down, telling Ant to "keep it clean".

it is now the first time the primetime show has been rocked by Ofcom complaints.

Celebrity chef Gordon made a guest appearance on the variety show and, taking part in a game of Read My Lips, the outspoken Scot commented on a guest's teeth.

"It's the gap in the teeth, I can't understand you," slammed Gordon, who failed to lip read a woman saying the prompt "garlic bread".

Gordon's cruel remarks landed the show in hot water as furious viewers wrote to the broadcasting watchdog to complain.
