Mike Bloomberg’s long-term partner has some choice words for people concerned about his lengthy record of sexual harassment claims — telling them to “Get over it.”
Diana Taylor defended her billionaire boyfriend‘s use of nondisclosure agreements at his media company after a “Women for Mike” rally in Texas on Monday evening.
“It was 30 years ago. Get over it,” Taylor told CBS News.
The 78-year-old mogul has been hounded by his opponents including Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren over claims he called female employees “fat broads” and “horse-faced lesbians.”
Taylor downplayed the claims, saying it was the culture at the time.
“In none of them was he accused of doing anything other than saying something nasty to a woman. That is not who he is. Life has changed,” she said.
“I grew up in that world. It was a bro culture. We have come a very, very long way and Michael Bloomberg has been at the forefront of that change,” she added.
The ex-Big Apple mayor has since announced he will release women from three NDAs if they wanted to speak about discriminatory comments he made while they worked for him.
