The Londoner won a Creative Arts Emmy in Los Angeles on Saturday for her TV concert special, Adele: One Night Only.
The Easy On Me singer is only one award short of being an EGOT – a star who has won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony – which cover the world of TV, music, film and theatre.
She and rapper Eminem, 49, just need a Tony theatre gong to join 17 other EGOTs, including musical legends Lord Lloyd-Webber, 74, and Sir Tim Rice, 77.
Adele, 34, who posed on Instagram with her Emmy on Sunday, told fans she was “pleased as punch” and quipped: “Trust me to officially have an EGO.”
