Alexandra Burke wears a breast pump beneath her plunging costume as she supports breastfeeding campaign at Notting Hill Carnival – weeks after welcoming her first child
Alexandra Burke ensured her latest appearance at the Notting Hill Carnival was about rather more than good food, loud music and positive vibes as the COVID-hit event drew to a close on Monday.
