“Gutted” Amy Nuttall, 41, has reportedly kicked her husband Andrew Buchan, 44, out of their family home for a second time after he failed to follow their seven-rule plan.
The Emmerdale actress imposed the set of rules in a bid to save their marriage after his alleged fling with married co-star Leila Farzad, 41, earlier this year.
Such rules are said to have been; no contact with Leila, checking in via Facetime when working away from home, access to each other’s phones, a date night every week, a trip away every seven weeks, a holiday every seven months and finally, their jobs being on “equal footing”.
A source told The Sun: “It took a lot for Amy to give the marriage another chance but she thought it was worth one final roll of the dice.
“There is no suggestion he has cheated again, but as far as she is concerned this is it.

“She is obviously gutted but also accepts that their time together has come to an end.”
Amy reportedly put the rules in place last month after his alleged cheating in February.
At the time, he and Leila were working on the set of BBC crime drama, Better.
A source previously told the publication that Amy didn’t want to throw away their marriage, but that she was “far from a pushover”.
“They will adopt the 7-7-7 approach which means every seven days you go on a date, every seven weeks you go away for the night and every seven months you go on holiday — just the two of you,” they added.

After Valentine’s Day this year, the Emmerdale star then shared a cryptic message on her social media.
The post read: “I am not impressed by money, social status or job title. I’m impressed by the way someone treats other human beings.”
Three months later, Andrew was seen wearing his wedding ring which sparked reconciliation rumours.
The pair tied the knot in 2012 and they share two children together.
In March, Leila was also spotted wearing a wedding band while on an outing with her husband Jamie Maizels.
She and her spouse have also been in a long-term marriage since 2013 and share a daughter together.
Neither parties are yet to address the situation publicly.
Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for Amy, Andrew and Leila for comment.
