Andy Carroll 'bans groomsmen from mentioning stag do' at Billi Mucklow wedding

Andy Carroll has reportedly banned his groomsmen from making jokes about his stag do in Dubai after his wife-to-be was left ‘humiliated’.

The footballer, 33, flew to Dubai to crash fiancée former Towie star Billi Mucklow’s hen do last week, two weeks before they were due to be married.

He then stayed on in the United Arab Emirates city for his own stag, and photographs later emerged showing him asleep on a bed with another woman.

The couple are set to be married on Saturday, with a source previously telling the Daily Mail that Billi has ‘no plans to call off the wedding’ but Andy was ‘in the doghouse.’

Now Billi – who is said to still ‘fuming’ about the incident – has been assured by there will be no mention of the incident on their big day.

A source told The Sun: ‘Andy has warned his groomsmen that there are to be no jokes about Dubai, let alone any talk of the stag at the wedding.’

Mum-of-three Billi reportedly ‘warned Andy’ that he should ‘do everything’ not to ‘ruin’ the ceremony, including during the speeches.

‘She has been absolutely humiliated by what went on and she knows it will be in the forefront of some of her guests’ minds,’ the source added.

‘Andy has assured her none of his groomsmen will utter a word about it – in speeches or elsewhere.’

They went on to say that Andy knows he is ‘lucky’ to be marrying Billi is working to keep his bride happy.

The photograph of Andy asleep, a selfie taken by the woman herself, went viral after she sent them to friends in the UK via Snapchat.

A second photograph shows the woman, Taylor Jane Wilkey, in Andy’s bathroom wearing his dressing gown which is emblazoned with his name.

Taylor has insisted the photograph was ‘entirely innocent’, telling The Sun: ‘I didn’t sleep with him, it wasn’t like that, there was three of us in the room.’

Taylor claimed that ‘Andy was steaming’ and got into bed at the hotel where he ‘passed out’ while the women remained in his room until the early hours and ‘took the photo as a joke’.

She reiterated: ‘Nothing sexual happened. It was just a bit of banter,’ adding: ‘At the end of the day nothing happened that should ruin his relationship. It was just a bit of fun.’

Andy and Billi have been together for nine years, and became engaged in 2014.

They share three children together: Arlo, six, Wolf, four, and one-year-old Marvel.

Andy is also dad to daughter Emilie Rose and son Lucas from a previous relationship.
