In response to the allegations that she’s being sued over the luxury car, the social media personality takes to Twitter to call those who created and believed in the rumors ‘literally stupid.’
AceShowbiz –Ari Fletcher is setting the record straight. Making use of her Twitter account, the social media personality denied rumors that she’s being sued over a Lamborghini that her ex Moneybagg Yo previously gifted to her.
In response to the allegations, Ari wrote on the blue bird app on Wednesday, August 31, “Okay foreal, y’all are literally stupid.” She continued, “How can someone take something from me that’s in MY name? Please stop cause he is not even that type of person. We don’t address y’all on purpose but y’all are dragging it now.”
Ari’s tweet arrived after it was reported that Luxury Lease Partners filed a petition for immediate writ of possession on August 8 to have Ari’s 2019 Lamborghini Urus repossessed. In court documents obtained by XXL, the company alleges that the model and businesswoman owes a remaining balance of $159,087 on the vehicle, which she owes but is leasing.
Moneybagg gave Ari the luxury car as a birthday present back in July 2020. “WTFFFFF!!!!!! I CANT F**KING BELIEVE THIS!!!!!! MY BABY JUST GOT ME A F**KING LAMB TRUCK!!!!!!!!! BIG D**K ENERGY RICH N***A BEHAVIOR!!!!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH THANK YOU DADDY!!! @moneybaggyo BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!! I LAMBOD HER LIFE TOLD HER GET OUT THAT RANGE!!!!!” so she wrote on Instagram at the time. Since then, Ari has been flexing the ride on her social media accounts.
Currently priced at $230,000, the car comes equipped with tech goodies like touch-screen TVs, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go technology. It also has blind-spot monitoring and multiple driving features to keep a driver safe on the road.
Meanwhile, Ari and Moneybagg sparked breakup rumors in March after they stopped following each other on Instagram. The hip-hop pair then appeared to hint at reconciliation multiple times, though Ari recently insisted that she’s single.
“Happy, paid and single! Ready for everything new!” so she tweeted on August 26. She seemingly tried to debunk rumors that she and the “Said Sum” rhymer were getting back together after they were spotted together at her recent launch party.
