Zoe Ball has reportedly split from partner Micheal Reed, according to a source close to the BBC Radio 2 star.
The presenter, 52, had been dating model Michael, also 52, for the past five years, but according to reports, the relationship has now "run its course" and the pair have separated.
It’s also believed that Michael has been asked to vacate the couples’ home in East Sussex, amid the split.
According to a source close to Zoe, things between the pair hadn’t been great for a while between the two, and said: “Zoe is gutted but she’s better off without Michael."
The pal told The Sun: “This is a relief to many of her friends, who think she has done the right thing. They were arguing over really silly things like Zoe spending time on the phone to her friends and it all got a bit too much for her.
“They had a wonderful romance at first and Michael was a real gent, but in recent months Zoe has started to find him a bit demanding.”
OK! has contacted Zoe's reps for comment.
The pal also went on to say that the couple had started spending a lot less time together, went away on separate holidays and drifted apart, with the relationship has finally running its course.
She reportedly asked him to move out and he has done so, although they have remained on good terms.
Zoe and Michael were apparently inseparable, but the relationship had turned "sour" recently.
The reports come after fans of the radio host had begun to speculate about why Michael stopped appearing in her posts on social media.
The source claimed: “Zoe did not want the negativity of a huge break-up and it has happened gradually, with him now agreeing to move out.
But she’s said to be wishing “him all the best for the future.”
The mum-of-two began dating Michael in 2017, and the pair had been together ever since.
