Celebs Go Dating presenter Anna Williamson has shared how she hopes Lottie Moss’s appearance on the show might prompt supermodel Kate Moss to extend an olive branch to her little sister.
Speaking to theMirrorahead of the launch of series 12, love guru Anna said: "I would love it to be able to be, perhaps an olive branch between the two sisters, who I believe, it's no secret that they're not that close. I would love it if Kate would use this opportunity to reach out to her little sister and give her a much-needed hug but I think she needs.
"Family is family right and I don't know Kate but I've just started to get to know Lottie and you know, there's a young lady there that's had an awful lot go on in her life and everyone needs love."
She added: "I hope the show will help Lottie become the wonderful and strong woman that I know is in there but equally, I hope it will go some way to healing any sibling rifts."
Lottie, 25, had a future in high fashion laid out in front of her before she decided to turn her back on the modelling world, which she’s described as a “toxic experience,” to start an Only Fans page.
Sharing the same father, Peter Moss, the model is the younger half sister of Kate and Nick Moss. At the age of 13, she secured a modelling contract after being a bridesmaid at Kate's wedding to her now ex-husband, musician Jamie Hince.
However, Lottie’s experience with the modelling industry has been world’s away from her older sister’s, revealing this year that she has parted ways with modelling agency, Storm, the same agency that snapped up sister Kate.
Talking about the decision to leave modelling behind a couple of years ago in an Instagram post, she said: "I know it’s hard for people to understand but being In a toxic industry at a very young age really took its toll on me, being judged in the newspaper constantly and having my every move watched since I was 16 has been very difficult for my mental health.
"I understand I have come from a very privileged position being the sister of someone very famous but believe it or not that person never really supported me, my parents were amazing but could not relate to what I was going through and did not know the full extent of what I was going through most of the time, I was pretty much on my own so I had to navigate this by myself and do the best I could which I feel I have."
Celebs Go Dating will air later this summer on E4.
