Tiger King: Chantelle Houghton features in animal protest
Chantelle Houghton shot to stardom back in 2006 after appearing on Celebrity Big Brother.
Ahead of the upcoming ITV relaunch this weekend the reality star, 40, looked back at her whirlwind marriage to Preston which lasted ten months.
She was brought on the show to trick her famous housemates into thinking she too was famous and the girl next door not only captured the hearts of the nation but also Ordinary Boys frontman Preston, now 41.
Chantelle became the first non-celebrity to win the show and took home a prize of £25,000. After the show ended the couple appeared to go from strength to strength.
They announced their engagement and tied the knot just four months later. But their romance was not set to last.

The lavish nuptials took place at Dartmouth House in Mayfair, London which also saw Chantelle get hitched in a gown made by the same dress designer as Princess Diana.
In an interview with The Sun she revealed her favourite part of her experience on Celebrity Big Brother was her relationship – even though it did not last.
She admitted: “Being in the house and meeting Preston was a whirlwind. It was such a happy time. I finally got over the fact I was the only non-celebrity, I’d passed the task, and then I was just slowly falling in love with somebody.”
