Kaleb’s Clarkson’s Farm co-star Jeremy Clarkson recently opened up about his own health woes, revealing he is at “double risk of getting dementia”.
He made the shocking discovery after a doctor who told him he needed hearing aids informed him of the scary statistic.
The former Top Gear host opened up about his ailments in a new column for The Sunday Times, explaining: “My brain is having to use a huge amount of computing power trying to fill in the bits of speech it hasn’t been able to hear.
“This has been going on for 12 years, and, being a tolerant sort of guy, I’ve coped.
“But I was told after my most recent medical that hearing loss will double the chance of me catching dementia,” the presenter revealed.
Jeremy went on to share that he had been given a pair of “very snazzy and extremely clever” listening devices which will help him to tune out background noise during loud events.
