CMT has announced a star-studded lineup of artists set to perform at a public memorial service in honor of late country legend Loretta Lynn.
Lynn died at 90 on October 4 at her ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
On October 30, CMT and Sandbox Productions will join a slew of artists from the country music community to celebrate her life with the event, titled “COAL MINER’S DAUGHTER: A CELEBRATION OF THE LIFE & MUSIC OF LORETTA LYNN.”
The memorial service is set for 7 p.m./6c at the Grand Ole Opry House and will air live on CMT. Jenna Bush Hager will host the commercial-free presentation.
Performances and special appearances include Barbara Mandrell, Crystal Gayle, Darius Rucker, Emmy Russell & Lukas Nelson, Faith Hill, George Strait, The Highwomen‘s Brandi Carlile, Amanda Shires and Natalie Hemby with Brittney Spencer, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Margo Price, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Sheryl Crow, Tanya Tucker, Wynonna Judd and more.
Two commercial-free encores are set for November 2 at 8p/7c and November 6 at 11a/10c. The special will also be made available on Paramount+ in early 2023.
