Emma Hemming, who tied the knot with the ‘Die Hard’ actor in 2009, shows support to Demi by sharing a photo of her rocking a black number printed with yellow and white fireworks.
AceShowbiz –Demi Moore has once again proven that she has maintained an amicable relationship with the current wife of her former husband Bruce Willis. The “Ghost” actress recruited Emma Heming Willis to model a one-piece swimsuit that she designed.
Making use of Instagram Story, Emma shared a photo of her rocking a black number printed with yellow and white fireworks. “Loving my @demimoore x @andieswim,” the 41-year-old simply wrote in the caption.
The post did not go unnoticed by Demi. Taking to her own Instagram Story, the 59-year-old reposted the snap and added a series of red heart emojis.
Demi and Bruce tied the knot in 1987 before splitting for good in 2000. Together, the exes share Tallulah Willis, Scout Willis and Rumer Willis, who made an appearance in 2019’s film “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood“. After their divorce, Demi married Ashton Kutcher from 2005 to 2013. Meanwhile, Bruce exchanged wedding vows with Emma Heming Willis in 2009.
When celebrating International Women’s Day last year, Demi paid tribute to Emma. At that time, the actress was referring to the latter as “a beautiful mother dedicated to her family” and “an absolutely gorgeous woman.”
“I #SeeHer as family who I am honored to call a friend. Our children are sisters and yet there is no name for what our family connection is to one another,” she said. “We are mothers united, sisters bonded on this crazy adventure of life.”
In March this year, the family announced Bruce’s retirement due to his aphasia diagnosis. “To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities,” read a statement posted on social media.
“As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him,” they noted alongside a photo of the actor. “This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support.”
“We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him,” they continued. The message was signed by Emma, Demi, Rumer, Scout, Tallulah, Mabel and Evelyn.
