Ekin-Su’s six-figure Dancing On Ice salary ‘revealed’ as deal breaks ITV record

Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu will be the highest-paid contestant in Dancing On Ice's history, according to reports.

The actress and reality star, who won this year's series of the ITV2 show with Davide Sanclimenti, is believed to be joining the show on a six-figure salary.

Ekin-Su, 28, joins a long line of former Love Island bombshells turned skating starlets, including series 3 winner Kem Cetinay, Wes Nelson, Maura Higgins and Liberty Poole.

A source revealed: "Bosses were desperate to sign Ekin-Su, so they paid her £100,000 to sign on the dotted line.

"As a comparison, Love Island stars would normally command something in the region of £30-50k for the show, so this is a huge deal for Ekin-Su.

THey told told The Sun: "Producers felt she was well worth every penny though – she is one of the most popular winners in Love Island history, winning with a landslide of votes, she's got a great personality and she's stunning to boot so they're confident her cheque will be reflected in the ratings."

This isn't Ekin-Su's first record breaking deal since leaving the villa hand-in-hand with Davide.

Earlier this year, she signed a contract worth over £1million with boutique brand Oh Polly, making it the biggest fashion deal any Islander has landed.

She is also set to star in an ITV2 reality show with Davide, called Ekin-Su and Davide: Homecomings.

The two-parter will see them take on a huge trip through Italy and Turkey, where the pair will meet each other's families and friends, as well as spending time travelling and sleeping in a cramped camper van.

Ekin-Su is one of several contestants to be revealed as part of the star-studded 2023 line up of Dancing On Ice.

She'll be up against singer Michelle Heaton, TOWIE star Joey Essex, Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson, former EastEnders star Patsy Palmer, RuPaul's Drag Race winner The Vivienne, and comedian Darren Harriott.

It is thought that The Wanted star Sivan Kaneswaran is the final star to complete the line up.

A source told The Sun: "Siva is a great signing for the show – The Wanted still have a huge loyal fanbase.

"After all the boys have been through this year with losing their bandmate Tom Parker, fans will be willing him to go all the way in Tom's memory.

"It's also going to be a very busy year for Siva next year, as he just wrapped filming on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which will air next autumn, so that's two big shows for 2023 under his belt."
