Georgia Kousoulou said she’s “feeling like myself again” as she displayed the results of her weight loss in a post on Wednesday.
The 31 year old posted a photo of herself rocking a black bikini as she showed off her figure proudly in the mirror.
Georgia is currently on holiday in Mallorca with her 15 month old son Brody, shared with fiancé Tommy Mallet, and took a moment to herself on the trip as she discussed her weight loss journey as a mum to her followers.
The TOWIE star wrote: “Slowly starting to feel like myself again..,Just before this holiday I started watching what I ate and went on a calorie deficit because I decided I wanted to, and I decided I was ready.
“And I’m proud of myself for doing it for me. Brody is 15 months and it’s now my time. I still have some way to go but I have my goal.
“Mummas please don’t feel pressure, please do things when YOU want to. Everyone feels different, don’t let anyone pressure you. Its enough pressure being a mum; we don’t need no extra!”
Following her honest post, Georgia received much praise from fans and her famous friends, who are also mums, and empathised with her journey.
Fellow TOWIE star Danielle Armstrong, who welcomed her daughter Orla in 2020, wrote: “Love this post and your so right. It took me a full year to feel myself after Orla xxx.”
Charlotte Dawson, whose son Noah arrived last year, said: “Beautiful mama x.”
Billie Faiers, who is currently pregnant with her third child, wrote: “Looking amazing darling”, while Vicky Pattinson commented: “Looking unreal mate”, and Lydia Bright added: “Looking insane” with a fire emoji.
Georgia’s break abroad comes weeks after she had a scary experience when her son Brody suffered the “highest temperatures” ever following a fever.
The reality star had to call the NHS helpline and updated fans at the time about the situation.
Georgia wrote on Instagram: “Very tired today. Being a mumma when your baby isn’t well has to be one of the hardest things…you just feel useless and it’s so hard to watch them in pain.
“It’s also so hard to know the right thing to do, so last night we called 111 for advice as Brody’s temp was higher than it had been…thankfully they said he was ok and said he was ok at home. Calpol is our best friend right now so lots of rest & cuddles today!!”
