Shaylee Mansfield is dishing on some things you may not know about her!
The young, deaf actress can currently be seen as Ollie, the daughter of Birdie, played by Sarah Wayne Callies, in the new ABC series.
Here’s a synopsis: A night of passion leads to love between con man Charlie (Milo Ventimiglia) and undercover CIA officer Emma (Catherine Haena Kim), who are unknowingly on a collision course professionally. While Charlie ramps up the “family business” so he can get out for good, Emma’s closing in on the vengeful criminal who holds Charlie’s family debts in hand – forcing them to reckon with the lies they’ve told so they can save themselves and their families from disastrous consequences.
The drama series is actually based on the Korean series My Fellow Citizens.
You may recognize Shaylee from roles on Bunk’d, Feel the Beat or the holiday movie Noelle.

- 3. When I was little, I played with the camera more than dolls. It was not until a good friend of my parents, AKA “secret agent,” who launched my acting career. Now, I’d love to play as Brystal from A Tale of Magic and a live action Rapunzel from Tangled.
- 4. Coraline was my #1 favorite movie as a little kid.
- 5. Ask me to come up with a dance on the spot, I can easily do that anytime and anywhere. Even in my dreams!
- 6. Thanks to my mommy’s gift of drawing cartoons, I’ve been drawing cartoons since I was little. Recently, I drew Lisa Simpson as a part of my Valentine’s Day gift surprising my sister.
- 7. My zodiac sign is Aries and nothing makes me prouder to be one.
- 8. My dad and I share the same sense of humor. It makes me feel good inside to see other people laugh and even laugh at myself.
- 9. There are tons of cons on The Company You Keep, but the cons do not stop there. In real life, I get a kick out of pranking people.
- 10. When it’s my mom, dad, sister, or my grandparent’s birthday, I throw a party for them! When people come over, I set up food, drinks, and sometimes, toys for the little ones. That’s another job I’d love to do – planning and hosting events.
