The BBC chat show host celebrated his nuptials in his native west Cork on Saturday with more than 100 guests.
It is understood the 59-year-old multple Bafta award winner held a lavish reception at the 18th century Bantry House estate.
The identity of Graham’s husband remains a mystery with the celebrity opting to keep his relationship out of the spotlight.
A second day of festivities was held at his home by the harbour, near the tiny village of Ahakista.
Singer Lulu, 73, is understood to have performed at the stylish bash.
Graham, who is also a radio presenter, split from music marketing consultant Andrew Smith in 2015.
Before that, he dated Scott Michaels for five years and Trevor Patterson for two years.
A spokesman for Graham was asked to comment last night.
