Heather Dubrow Celebrates Youngest Child Ace After He Comes Out as Transgender

The ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star celebrates her youngest child Ace on International Son’s Day by sharing a photo of the word ‘Ace’ written in the sand on the beach.

AceShowbizHeather Dubrow made sure her children has her full support. On Saturday, March 4, “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star celebrated her youngest child Ace after he came out as transgender at the age of 12.

Making use of Instagram, the 54-year-old shared a photo of the word “Ace” written in the sand on the beach. She began her caption by writing, “It’s International sons day! We love you, our youngest son, Ace.”

“Our job as parents is to give our kids a safe and supportive environment so they can grow up as healthy, happy, confident, independent humans. Since Ace is a 12 year old child, with a long life ahead of him – we will let him tell his own story someday if he chooses to do so,” the Bravo personality continued. “All we can say is Ace, we love you so much and we are proud to be your parents. Your brother and sisters love and support you too.”

Heather’s husband, Terry Dubrow, commented underneath the post. “Thank you all for spreading the love,” he simply penned.

Aside from Ace, Heather and Terry share three other children. The couple, who tied the knot in 1999, is parents to 19-year-old Nick and Max as well as 16-year-old daughter Kat.

Back in February 2022, Heather disclosed that her daughter Kat came out as lesbian. Recalling her reaction when Kat dropped the news about her sexuality in a family group text, she detailed, “Kat decided to drop in our family group text, ‘By the way, I’m a lesbian.’ “

“I didn’t see it, and I was mad because the dogs pooped in the house, so I wrote back, ‘Who let the dogs poop in the house?’ ” the mother of four further recounted. “It was a total mom fail, and they’ve never let me forget that.”
