America’s Got Talent judges Heidi Klum, Sofía Vergara, and Howie Mandel plus host Terry Crews spent quality time together on a yacht on Monday.
The German supermodel shared a series of snaps on Instagram on the day and has now spoken out about why the group decided to go on Mandel’s boat.
She told People: “He has this gorgeous boat, and he just wanted to just be nice and invite us on. He had an amazing chef there. We were eating yummy sushi. I think he wanted to show off his boat.”
The AGT judges made plans to all attend, but Heidi said Simon Cowell was unsurprisingly a no-show.
She continued: “We all made plans. Who does not show up? Simon.

“We all [were] like, ‘Where the heck is Simon?’ We waited a little bit at the dock and then we left. Maybe he actually did come in the end and we don’t know.”
However, when Klum asked Simon the next day he quipped that he didn’t know what day it was.
Heidi admitted she was up to her usual pranks on the day, arriving 40 minutes late, making Howie believe that she and Sofia were not going to come.

Simon appeared to miss a good time with his co-workers as Sofia shared countless pictures from the trip on Instagram.
The AGT judges have a close relationship on and off screen, with Howie speaking about it to the NBC Insider.
He admitted: “I don’t feel like I show up at work; I feel like I’m sitting on the couch with a bunch of my friends, just saying what I think.
“And that comfort allows me just to be honest and real.”
Sofia and Heidi even matched outfits in zebra print during AGT’s second round of live shows.
The Modern Family star had on a loose zebra print jumpsuit, while Heidi rocked a striped sparkly mini dress that was also adorned with a zebra print pattern.
