Actress Kathy Burke has aimed a savage jibe at ITV bosses as this year’s line-up for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is unveiled.
The 59-year-old comedian didn’t hold back, as she took to X (Twitter) to share her thoughts on this year’s campmates so far with her 551,900 followers.
“Quick, @itv there’s another hate baiting c*** available,” she penned.
The timing of Kathy’s tweet didn’t go unnoticed, as it came just after the news broke that Suella Braverman had been sacked from her role as Home Secretary.
It is safe to assume that, while Kathy was aiming a brutal dig at Suella, she was also slamming ITV bosses’ decision to cast another politician in this year’s series.

The decision to cast former UKIP Leader and GB News presenter Nigel Farage has also sparked some controversy.
Nigel led stars who were touching down in Australia ahead of the show launch this Sunday, as he was spotted landing in Brisbane airport.
Speaking to the press, he said: “I’m just here surfing for the week. I can’t confirm I am doing it [I’m A Celebrity] but I might be.”

“I have been messing about on TikTok for the last few months and you would be surprised, a lot of young people out there are interested in what I have got to say.”
Nigel continued: “I just think there is a big young audience out there that watches the programme which is worth talking to.
The bold move to cast Nigel comes after former Health Secretary Matt Hancock’s entry into the jungle was met with plenty of outrage, as many members of the public believe he has a lot to answer for in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Other celebrities rumoured to be joining this year’s I’m A Celeb line-up include Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn Spears, First Dates star Fred Sirieix and This Morning’s Josie Gibson.
Express.co.uk has contacted ITV, Nigel Farage and Suella Braverman’s representatives for comment.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! kicks off on November 19 on ITV.
