Joe Jonas has filed for divorce from Sophie Turner after being married for four years.
Prior to their shock split, the estranged pair put their Miami home back on the market in November 2022, after just 14 months of living there.
Now that the news has officially broken that the pair are going their separate ways, many fans believe that packing up their home in Miami could have been a tell-tale sign they were heading for a divorce.
The stunning beachfront property finally sold last month for a whopping $15million after the former pair initially listed it for $17million.
Despite having to stomach a $2 million price drop, the couple still made an impressive $4 million profit on their humble abode.

The musician and his Game of Thrones star ex purchased the lavish six-bedroom property in September 2021 for $11 million.
Before relisting their home the following year, the duo lived there with their two young children; three-year-old daughter Willa and their other daughter, whose name they haven’t publically revealed – but was listed as D.J. on the divorce filing.
The beautiful east-coast property boasts 10,414 sq ft and comes complete with nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, two swimming pools, and a 94-foot private dock.
Joe and Sophie once basked in their modern home that is spread over two floors and celebrates natural light with large floor-to-ceiling windows that are located throughout the entire home.

But that’s not all, their previous home also included a games room, that hosted an ornate pool table, Pac-man painting, and a stunning wood-burning fireplace – not to forget a state-of-the-art spa.
The future homeowner will also be able to appreciate an open swimming pool that overlooks the incredible Miami coastline.
Adding to the relaxed vibe, their former abode also had an outdoor kitchen and dual-sided full-service bar for indoor/outdoor serving, as well as a Jacuzzi, and a separate children’s pool.
“The home has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe. Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, but with a tropical twist,” said David Pullman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the new homeowner.
“It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami being such a vibrant city it was a perfect fit,” he went on to say.
The former couple is known for keeping their private lives out of the spotlight and hasn’t shared any details about where they have moved to since.
It is also unclear whether Joe and Sophie are currently living together following the breakdown of their relationship.
However, prior to their split, they were spotted house-hunting in New York.
