Kate Beckinsale could give your average Disney princess a run for her money for embracing the animals in her vicinity, as she shared her bond with a local fox cub.
The actress, 48, revealed she has built up a trusting relationship with a fox cub that visits her mum’s garden even letting her hand-feed it and pat its head.
Kate shared a snap of her cub snoozing on a padded bench in her mum’s garden on her Instagram story, before sharing some adorable videos of the pair interacting.
The Widow star shared a clip of her opening the back door to find the young fox sitting on the doormat eagerly, as she asks it: ‘Have you come for your tea? Come on, let’s go.’
In the next clip, Kate was seen sitting at a small wooden table and chairs in the garden as the fox stood up on its hind legs and rested its front paws on her leg to snaffle a tasty morsel from her fingers.
Kate appeared fearless as she hand-fed the animal, with the fox gently taking the pieces of meat from her grasp without biting her fingers.

At one stage, Kate was even seen petting the fox’s head, telling the camera: ‘He lets you stroke it’.
Kate has been keeping her fans up to date with her adventures with the fox, first revealing towards the end of June that the cub had been visiting her mum and stepdad.

She told her followers at the time: ‘My parents have a new friend – a foxy cub that wants to hang out. I’m so jealous I’ve had to break out Clive’s summer dungarees.’
Clive, her cat who loves costumes, was also seen in his best dungarees at the end of the series of photos Kate shared of the fox.
The cat has become something of a star among Kate’s followers for his willingness to pose in an array of excellent costumes on her social media page.
She truly is the real-life Snow White.
