Former lingerie model Kelly Brook has revealed that she is "100 percent happier now I'm older and not as thin".
The 43 year old is currently in the throes of newly-wedded bliss after tying the knot in July 2022 with her Italian partner of nine years, Jeremy Parisi, 37, in a stunning ceremony in Civitavecchia.
And it looks like Kelly has finally found The One in Jeremy, after a string of romances, with the likes of Fast & Furious actor Jason Statham, Titanic's Billy Zane and rugby player Thom Evans.
Ten months on from her wedding to Jeremy, Heart radio co-host Kelly said her life has "never been better" being married with a dog and having a job that she "loves".
She told The Sun: "Yes, I am older and not as thin as I used to be but my life is 100 per cent better and I am definitely 100 per cent happier.
“I don’t think being thin makes you happy. Being healthy does.”
Kelly also candidly opened up on her sex life as she said: “Sex is better with age and, yes, also when you are feeling healthier as you are feeling more confident in your body."
She went on to say that if she is "training and eating well" she feels "sexier," before adding that when you feel good it "spills over into other areas of your life".
Jeremy and Kelly got together when he slid into her DMs and they dated for a long time before making it official and tying the knot.
At their wedding, Kelly looked stunning in a white lace gown with long sleeves and a flowing veil, with her brunette locks styled in loose waves.
She finished off her bridal look with a sparkling tiara, while her new husband Jeremy looked dapper in a dark grey suit and matching tie.
After exchanging vows, the pair headed to a gorgeous venue for their wedding reception where they were joined by their loved ones.
Kelly believes having fun in her 20s and 30s has made her a "great wife" as she also said: "I am not selfish anymore."
She admitted that there was a time, after her previous romances, when she wondered if things would "ever come together" for her. Then, Jeremy came into her life.
