Kerry Katona has shared she's been diagnosed with a condition that has left her "covered in fatty lumps".
The television personality, 42, has recently been diagnosed with lipoedema, a chronic condition.
She revealed her diagnosis in a video of her doing a yoga session at home.
She captioned the video: "Today is the first day of the rest of your life people!! I absolutely love Monday mornings! New day, new week, clean slate, fresh beginning."
"I was diagnosed lipoedema last week which means swelling of the body and random fatty lumps. But f*** that s***!!! Gonna train the s*** out of my body!"
"If you look at the video you can see the swelling at the top of my stomach, cross my ribs, and also my shins and knees… their that big they've got their own bleeding personalities!! Oh also got a broken foot!! is that gonna stop me?????? Hell no!!"
According to the NHS, lipodeama is an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs, and sometimes in the arms too.
It equally affects both sides of the body, and is deemed a chronic condition, usually affecting women more than men. People who suffer from the condition tend to experience pain, tenderness or heaviness in the affected parts of the body, and they also bruise easily too.
In her weekly OK! column, Kerry opened up further about the broken foot she's been walking around on unknowingly for months.
"I've been recovering from the corrective surgery I had in January, but I feel ready to get back to exercise now and my goal is to lose 3st," she wrote, referring to surgery she had for a previous botched tummy tuck.
"I'm still slightly swollen and I'm not ready to show off my stomach just yet, but I'm feeling positive. Surgery isn't just a quick fix – I need to put in the work, too."
While recovering from the surgery, Kerry had even worn a stomach binder on her recent holiday to Turkey with fiancé Ryan Mahoney, 33, and her children Lilly, Heidi, Max, and DJ.
She continued: "But I do need to take it steady, as I've found out I have a broken foot! I fell over while filming a TV show last year and never got it checked out. I've been in agony ever since, but just got on with it. I recently went for some physio and was told it's broken, so I've been walking around with a broken foot since last year!"
