In audio recording of her 911 call, the ‘Real Housewives’ star claims her estranged husband flips out when her girl pal takes their son on a playdate and threatens to file a kidnapping report against the woman.
AceShowbiz -911 has been involved in the latest update of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s messy split. Amid their ongoing divorce, the reality TV star made a 911 call on June 16 in Alpharetta, GA. on her estranged husband over alleged kidnapping allegation.
In audio recording of her 911 call, Kim told the dispatcher that her ex flipped out after she let her girl pal take their 12-year-old son KJ for a playdate at the rodeo. “[Kroy] has harassed not only the mother, but my son is shaking and hysterically crying,” she said in the clip. She claimed that the former NFL star began making threats about filing kidnapping charges against the woman.
“And now I’m just going to leave and just go pick him up to prevent this situation. I just don’t know what else to do at this point,” Kim informed the dispatcher of her next step. The mother of 6 said that she became “frantic” and was worried about what Kroy would do, because “he’s” known to do crazy things.”
Kim also accused her ex of stealing her bag with divorce papers in it amid their messy split. “This is just so petty and I hate to call 911 for this situation,” she shared. The 45-year-old ended the call by telling the operator she’d call them back if she needs further assistance.
For his part, sources told TMZ that Kroy had no idea their son KJ had gotten the green light to go to a rodeo with his friend/their mom. He allegedly overreacted because he didn’t trust Zolciak’s friend for undisclosed reasons. When he called the friend to bring KJ home, sources claimed she hung up on him.
Radar Online previously reported that Kroy did make a 911 call to accuse Kim of allegedly being involved in a bizarre kidnapping scene. “Son was dropped off with a woman named Aleese,” the report stated. “Husband said he was filing kidnapping for his son going to the rodeo.”
Kim and Kroy filed for divorce from one another on May 5 after 11 years of marriage. She lists April 30 as the date of separation and says their marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
Around the same time, it was reported that the reality TV star and the former football player owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes for 2018.
